This refund and cancellation policy establishes the limited circumstances under which CRX Digital Asset Services may consider refunds and the comprehensive restrictions that apply to all transactions on the Platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these refund limitations.
No Refunds for Completed Cryptocurrency Transactions
All completed cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable. Due to the volatile nature of digital assets and the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, CRX Digital Asset Services does not provide refunds for any completed buy or sell transactions, regardless of subsequent market movements, price changes, or user dissatisfaction with transaction outcomes. Users assume full responsibility for all market risks and investment decisions.
Limited Refund Eligibility for Technical Failures
Refunds may only be considered in the following specific technical failure scenarios: (1) Platform system error resulting in duplicate charges without corresponding asset delivery, (2) Payment processing failure where funds are debited but no transaction is initiated, (3) Technical malfunction preventing transaction completion after payment confirmation. Refund eligibility requires technical verification by CRX and is limited to the transaction amount only, excluding any fees, charges, or potential gains.
No Refunds for Recurring Payment Transactions
All recurring payment transactions are final and non-refundable once executed. Users who have enabled recurring cryptocurrency purchases acknowledge that each automated transaction is treated as a separate, completed transaction subject to the no-refund policy. Cancellation of future recurring payments does not entitle users to refunds for previously executed automated transactions.
Non-Refundable Fees and Charges
All platform fees, transaction fees, processing charges, and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: variable platform fees (0.1% to 1% based on transaction amount), payment processing fees, KYC verification fees, and all applicable taxes. These charges are final regardless of transaction outcomes, technical issues, or user satisfaction.
Dispute Resolution and Burden of Proof
Users seeking refunds must submit written requests within 7 days of the transaction date with complete documentation proving technical failure. The burden of proof lies entirely with the user to demonstrate that a qualifying technical failure occurred. CRX reserves the right to investigate all refund requests and may require additional verification. Refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Users waive the right to dispute refund decisions through external forums or legal proceedings.
Liability Limitations and User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and that market volatility may result in significant financial losses. CRX Digital Asset Services is not liable for any losses resulting from market movements, regulatory changes, security breaches, third-party service failures, or user trading decisions. Users assume full responsibility for all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and platform usage.
Refund Processing Timeline
In the rare event that a refund is approved under the limited technical failure scenarios, processing may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where technically feasible. CRX reserves the right to deduct processing fees and administrative costs from approved refunds.
Modification of Refund Policy
CRX Digital Asset Services reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy for updates.
